- All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of Deposit of 30% of holiday cost unless within 8 weeks of departure when full payment is required.
- Balance payment MUST be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. (Unless booking within 8 weeks of departure)
- Security deposit is £150. Within 14 days of return of your holiday this amount will be refunded back to you providing our agent checks the villa's inventory and find that there are no breakages or damage to the property beyond reasonable wear and tear.
- Occupancy - the maximum occupancy is 6 persons (+1 baby under the age of 2 if using the cot).
- Changes to facilities - we cannot be held responsible for changes to the described facilities due to circumstances beyond our control. Also we cannot be held liable for the unforeseen breakdown or failure of any household appliance, equipment or system during your stay.
- Cancellation- All booking cancellations MUST be confirmed in writing to us.
- We are sorry but we do NOT allow pets of any description.
- Smoking within the villa is strictly prohibited.
- No all male/female parties or parties of guests who are under the age of 21 will be accepted.
